 THAD H  The guys at Autowave are awesome. Went in to have valves adjusted and new catalytic converter installed. I also told them that the truck ( Ridgeline) is burning a lot of oil, a quart every 2 days. 199700k miles on engine. Shane suggested to do a leak down test before doing anything else. I agreed to the test and the engine had 2 cylinders that failed the test ( #3-80%leak and #5-60% leak). Shane then suggested to put in another low mileage engine in. I agreed since buying a new truck for $30k is not an option. For less than $9k, the guys at Autowave was able to get an engine with 35k miles on it, triple check the new engine and made adjustments to the valves, new gaskets, rebuild my transmission, all new hoses, new fluids, install my new catalytic converter, inspect and reboot ball joints. Basically rebuilt the drive train in my truck. Truck is running actually better than the first year or two in having the truck. Excellent people to work with.2 months ago

 KEVIN B While usually the paragon of service excellence, this time I hit a speed bump with Autowave. I dropped my vehicle off early (8:15am), and was told I'd get a call to confirm final costs and when the car would be eeady. SEVEN HOURS later, I call to get an update, and as the person responding is dealing with a customer face to face, I am offered a call back. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER, I call and ask about my update. I'm told the car is ready, but no final quote. So, I'm hours off my own schedule and race to HB, 10 minutes after official close of business, to pick up my car. I am reminded that all the office staff likes to clear out on time, and while I was vocal in my thanks for their staying open to turn over my vehicle, I point out that, had I received a timely call sometime in the preceding eight hours, all would have been right in the world.I'll return to Autowave, and I'll be more of a polemic when I do.a year ago

 MIKE D This was my second time taking my car in for service and the service was as great as the first time! Shane notified me as they were doing the front brakes that I had a bad tie rod ugh! I know the safety of others and myself should always come first so I had them replace and do a 4 wheel alignment on it. The car drives like new. Their techs.look through the cars very carefully and let you know what they find and recommend. I have already referred others to Autowave!
